Sales Assistant (m/w/d)

Central contact for sales management and sales staff Support in all organizational and administrative topics (such as Account Manager travel planning) Creation of presentations for internal and external events Participation in the creation of offers Support of sales staff in data management in the CRM system Preparation of incoming orders for internal order processing Planning, organisation and support of customer events in the region Support for telephone acquisitions (such as post-telephoning invitations to events)

Commercial training First experience and knowledge as an assistant in sales (for example as a sales representative or as a sales assistant) or in sales-related areas Responsible, solution-oriented work Embossed organizational talent and high communication skills, ideally also in English Secure handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
