Technical Manager Materials Management Nordholz (m/f/d)

The Technical Director of the Office shall be responsible for the overall planning of the technical implementation, overview and implementation of all system- and supply-relevant tasks. It ensures the continuous technical readiness of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools and BPS for home flight operations as well as for assignments and deployments, while also responsible for the technical organizational development of the systems, processes and structures used. Technical and organisational coordination on site in the field of materials management Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, repair and testing of aircraft floor equipment Ensuring the operational readiness and functionality of technical aids (e.g. hydraulic test stands, power supplies, drag bars) Technical coordination of the sections DEMAR, IT, Material Management, BPS and Export Ensuring clear interfaces and coordinated procedures between disciplines (e.g. hardware, software, logistics) Participation in all relevant meetings and active technical representation of the office Creating the organizational and technical foundations so that the sub-areas can perform their tasks in a structured, efficient and trouble-free manner Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and documentation standards (including military regulations) Technical analysis and validation of disturbances and development of solutions Support in the further development and optimization of maintenance and logistics processes Close cooperation with development, logistics and quality departments

Complete technical studies or comparable technical qualifications Multiannual experience in technical management, operational responsibility or operational planning Multiannual professional experience in the field of aircraft flooring equipment, commercial vehicles or Wehrtechnik of advantage Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering Very good English knowledge Word and Scripture Creativity in problem solving in structures and paths that have been tightened up to now Safe handling of material management or ERP systems Good analysis and design capability to optimize existing processes Very good advice Experience in handling suppliers or Supplier support, as well as solid understanding of public and military procurement processes Competence in the areas of team management and communication
