Legal-Tech-Kanzlei BBH-Solutions AG, part of the BBH Group, has been developing and distributing modern Legal Tech tools since 2021. As Customer Success Manager (m/w/d), you actively participate in the entrepreneurial practice of our start-up, causing tasks in the internal organization, sales and technical development. The core task is to build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers. You stand out as an expert for our Legal Tech products in direct contact with our clientele. This requires not only a communicative strength and organizational talent, but also a particularly thorough and conscientious working and self-initiative. Proactive care and advice of customers: to ensure optimal use of our products and services. Training for our customers: to improve and support the product application. Support in implementing our solutions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Collection of customer feedback for the continuous improvement of our products and services. Development and implementation of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty strategies. Identification of cross- and upselling possibilities for our Legal Tech products.

Complete studies in a relevant field, e.g. law, business, economics, management, marketing or a related area A pronounced service idea and high empathy for customers: you are distinguished. You are type 'outgoing'', you have fun on phone and on online meetings, communication is your great talent. You have experience with customer support, customer communication and a good feeling for multitasking. Excellent German knowledge is absolutely necessary Experience in working with legal content is desirable Strong rhetorical skills, self-organized working and a solution-oriented mindset
