The LebensWerkstatt for people with disabilities e.V. is the leading social enterprise for people with mental disabilities in adulthood in the Heilbronnn-Franken region. We work with about 750 employees at nine locations from Heilbronn to Crailsheim in the fields of work, promotion, education and living. About 1,500 people with mental disabilities are supported by us in the self-designed participation in social life.

For the field of outpatient measures / operational inclusion at our locations in Schwäbisch Hall and Heilbronn, we are looking for a

Jobcoach for disabled people (m/w/d)

indefinitely with a capacity of 60–100 %.

Your duties

• They are responsible for the establishment and implementation of inclusive operating practices in our partner companies (in the Hohenlohekreis and in the Schwäbisch Hall district or in the Heilbronnn district) for the integration of people with disabilities into the first labour market
• The guidance of the participants in the professional tasks in operation is one of your main tasks
• You are the first contact person for our company partners and support them in training and integration in operation
• In addition, you plan over-company training and carry out these independently
• The timely documentation of the services provided completes the task profile

Your profile

• Completion in social education, occupational therapy, as a work educator*in or as a qualified specialist (m/w/d) for work and professional promotion or comparable
• Completed technical or craft training with further training on the subject (m/w/d) for work and professional promotion or Willingness to carry out this in-service
• Ideally experience in accompanying people with disabilities in their work environment or experience in the guidance of employees and trainees
• Good pedagogical, didactic and communicative skills
• Embossed competence for self-organization, high degree of reliability and friendly-committal appearance
• Good PC user knowledge and passenger ticket
• High motivation to improve the participation opportunities of people with disabilities and positive attitude to the Christian-diaconian mission
