Various tasks You are responsible for the technical guidelines for project planning and construction processing in grid construction and develop economically and technically sensible solutions You are responsible for ensuring the transfer of knowledge to applicable civil engineering regulations – from project planning to construction coordination You develop practical assistance to standards and regulations and ensure their understandable communication In addition, you coordinate and control professional working groups and agree with internal and external stakeholders You represent the departmental interests in specialist and decision-making bodies In addition, you work independently and closely with project teams, the responsible electric specialist (VEFK) and relevant specialist areas. Convincing profile You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, utility or energy technology or a comparable field of expertise In addition, you already bring project management experience in network construction You have knowledge of the creation of technical guidelines and documents Ideally, you could also gain practical experience in deep, road or pipeline construction You have experience in the moderation of working groups and in cross-functional voting Communication strength, safe occurrence in professional bodies and diplomatic skills in dealing with different stakeholders As a professionally versed and self-confident personality, you also act sovereignly in complex situations A secure handling of digital tools for documentation, planning and coordination completes your profile

About the area Our team of civil engineering and special topics design the standards for network construction: from trench profiles to construction processing to technical guidelines. We develop specifications, optimize processes and ensure uniform standards in deep and duct construction. These include the creation of technical documents, the further development of project planning and construction management guidelines and practical training. We also represent the interests of the BW networks in specialist bodies and associations – for efficient and sustainable network construction processes.
