Ideas development, implementation & accompaniment of sustainable refurbishment and new building plans in housing construction Project management and independent implementation of construction, entertainment and modernization measures over all performance phases of HOAI: planning, tendering, awarding, cost control, follow-up management, building management/object monitoring, billing & warranty management Perception of the building function, control of specialist planners, consultants and experts and participation in the tendering of planning projects responsible cost, appointment and quality control Coordination with authorities, planning offices & service providers (cost) technical evaluation & partial implementation of investment projects

Architect:in, civil engineer:in or comparable multiannual experience in the described tasks Completed study or comparable qualification with proven professional experience Experience in the technical development of larger projects in the construction/immobility industry Multiannual professional experience in all HOAI performance phases Knowledge of procurement law Experience in handling funding Embossed Analytical & Conceptual Skills You possess enforcement, self-responsibility and conflictability, act problem-solving-oriented and structured and your personal skills include resilience, reliability and flexibility Embossed IT skills, safe handling of MS Office, CAD
