In doing so, you combine technical understanding with analytical thinking and bring fresh impulses from research and practice. Your work has direct influence on our processes. You develop a final work on the subject of logistics concept for mechanical production. You begin with the analysis of the actual situation (material, information and transport flows) and evaluation of existing potentials. You will then develop a detailed logistics concept taking into account modern methods and technologies. The concept should include the aspects of material delivery at the workplaces, storage structure, transport and supply processes as well as integration into the current hall layout. To assess the cost-effectiveness of the concept, plan the investment needs and process costs. You will then face the savings potential and productivity increases. You finalize your work with a practical implementation plan, defining work packages and observing risk scenarios.

You are currently studying in the field of industrial engineering, production technology or a comparable degree programme. You have fundamental understanding and interest in production processes and logistic processes. It is easy for you to edit complex topics structured. You are convinced by your independent, conscientious way of working and your good self-organization. We require the safe handling of MS Office.
