Project assistant for project and construction management (m/f/d)

As a project assistant for project and construction management (m/w/d) in the Construction department, you are the central point of contact for our franchise partners: You accompany new and remodeling projects as well as closures from the beginning to the end and ensure a smooth running With your expertise, you support our facility management in all administrative and organizational matters. You are the technical support for our branches and take care of maintenance, repair and maintenance The Construction Team supports you in maintaining our data and key figures. You also prepare statistics and cost analyses that are crucial to our projects For clear and effective communication within the project team, make sure that all participants are always informed The issue and monitoring of orders are your tasks. You always keep an overview and ensure a timely implementation You support the project managers in the assignment and billing of construction services and check their correctness In case of issues relating to accounting and leasing matters as well as conflicts between franchise partners:inside, suppliers and service providers, you are the first contact point
