They work with the implementation of the strategic objectives of customer management. This includes: Optimization of customer-related processes and processes Expansion and review of the B2B marketing mix as well as customer satisfaction and customer development Implementation and design of customer information and customer retention measures Control and further development of customer communication Implementation and compliance of the CRM line Expansion of services for customers Creation and evaluation of customer surveys

IHR PROFIL: completed (specialized) university studies in the field of BWL or business engineering with a focus on marketing Basic knowledge of CRM, Customer Research and Event Conception good communication skills (written and oral) safe handling of the current MS Office products knowledge of English (good oral and written expressability)
