Teamleiter (m/w/d) occupation next possible | limited until 31.12.2027 | Full-time | Higher education | Campus South town Professional, personnel and strategic leadership of the currently 12 employees of the Campus Management team in cooperation with another co-team management Coordination and control of the implementation of superordinate process optimizations as well as ensuring the operation in the campus management system (CaMS) e.g. for release changes Continuous exchange and cross-departmental cooperation with the key users of the individual CaMS sub-areas Coordination and control of other IT systems used in the unit as well as the further development and implementation of digitalization projects (e.g. eStudierendenakte) in cooperation with users, faculties and the Campus IT Completion of process and structure development in the unit as part of the introduction of the campus management system

Higher education (Bachelor Level), ideally in the field of BWL, Business Informatics or Information Management Management experience or IT-related areas Basic knowledge of agile project management and ideally in the application of (agile) project methods or lean methods (e.g. Kanban) Knowledge of university structures and processes, especially in the fields of campus, application, student and examination management, is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office programs and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence) Application knowledge of a campus management software Very good German and good English skills Impressed communication and cooperation capability Analytical, Structured Thinking and Working Service orientation
