As a businessman in office management (m/w/d), you support the purchasing team of a family-run, medium-sized company in the field of household chemistry with strong growth in parttime.

Creating and unwinding orders, goods and credits Collection and processing of shipping documents and receipts Maintenance of master data in the ERP system and installation of new suppliers Examination, collection and booking of invoices and implementation of internal relocations Self-release of offers with suppliers Control and system-side collection of order confirmations selection and evaluation of appropriate suppliers taking into account price, delivery dates and quality

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in operational purchasing Analytical, communicative and committed way of working with quick understanding Sovereign and competent contact person for professional and organizational questions Team-oriented personality with high commitment and good understanding for operational processes Safe handling of MS Office applications as well as good English skills in word and writing
