This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz is responsible for the power supply of more than 18 million people and makes a significant contribution to the energy transition. I am on site when it comes to free lines, cables and associated parts of the plant. Whether inspections, deficiencies or quality control in the acceptance of completed work: I am packing myself or coordinating our contractual partners. As an operating coordinatorin or masterin for free lines, I care about our location in Wolmirstedt for safe and regular operation of the maximum voltage network. My field of application ranges from Perleberg in the north to Wittenberg in the east to Hettstedt in the south. Here I coordinate and monitor all work on our 220 kV and 380 kV lines and ensure that regulations on occupational safety and health and environmental protection are complied with. After the scheduled shutdown of the lines, I release the workstation for the execution of the work. My tasks: ensuring the reliable operation of our free lines through inspections, maintenance measures and quality assurance together with internal and external partners, coordinating, assigning and taxing service providers including the instruction and issue of necessary work permits; monitoring the technical, time and quality execution of construction, assembly and maintenance work as well as testing and documenting the services provided; ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements on construction sites and in our facilities, agree with property owners, authorities, service providers and internal departments for the smooth running of the work; analyzing faults, causing measures to eliminate defects and optimize existing processes, contributing to the technical evaluation and further development of selected components of our free line systems, Participation in the standby service after completion of the procedure.
