The area of responsibility includes:

Other tasks

• Support of buildings including Exterior installations and associated auxiliary installations
• Winter service, sweeping and cleaning, cleansing of buildings and land, green care (no woodcut)
• Exercise of the obligation to provide transport within and outside the building, exercise of the property rights, building security
• Monitoring and operation of the technical facilities, e.g. heating, ventilation, fire alarm systems and building technology, e.g. regular control of disturbances
• Adapting operating times, optimizing energy consumption
• Execution of small repairs in the area of all building-relevant structures, e.g. heating, sanitary, electrical, painting and plastering, small repairs on furniture and other furnishings
• User support: within e.g. messenger service, minor moves
• Contact person:in and support of craftsmen and other external service providers, contact person:in for school, users:inside and other third parties
• Close service, key output, key book
• Monitoring and control of the cleaning service by external service providers, as well as execution of the self-cleaning area according to tariff provisions
• Sports and external events
• Operation and control of technical facilities in Sporthalle and Aula
• Control of sports equipment, ensuring compliance with the sports facilities usage regulations

Your profile:

• completed artisanal vocational training in the professions carpenters, gas, water, heating, or electro-installer with professional experience or at least. 3-year professional experience in building entertainment, or comparable
