In order for everything to run around our construction sites, there is also a strong support in the office. This is why we are looking for a -friendly and organised office power (m/w/d) in parttime for our painter and painter company.

If you like to keep an overview, work structured and like contact with customers, fit us perfectly.

Your tasks:

• Telephone acceptance and first contact person for our customers
• Organisation of appointments and support of deployment planning
• Processing of emails and correspondence
• Support for offers, invoices and order documents
• General office organization and storage

This will bring you:

• experience in the office, secretariat or in a commercial activity of advantage
• Secure handling of the computer and common office programs
