What you should bring: First professional experience (1–2 years) in the project management of an agency – ideally in digital/performance marketing. Joy of clear communication and structured working. Curiosity, responsibility and the ability to say: “I don’t know (still) – but I find it out.” Understanding campaign processes, tools & timings – or the willingness to learn exactly that. Fun for teamwork, reliability and a working environment that does not rely on volume, but on substance.
