Team Leader Customer Service Development (m/f/d)

Your tasks: You take over the organisational, personnel and strategic leadership of a team of specialists, specialist experts and specialists. You ensure a clear distribution of tasks and roles and ensure efficient workflows both within the departments and across areas. You promote cooperation and transparent communication within the team and with relevant interface areas. You support specialists and specialist experts through targeted prioritization, and sound decision support. A wide range of technical and strategic developments will help you. You initiate new working methods, accompany change processes and promote a sustainable continuous improvement process (KVP) in the company. You develop the team through appropriate training measures, individual promotion and regular feedback. You moderate decision-making processes and contribute to an open, constructive discussion and error culture. You take responsibility for achieving the goals, compliance with quality standards and the timely implementation of projects and contracts. At the same time, you can control KPI in the task area and maintain budgets. You prepare relevant topics, information and key figures and communicate them in a structured manner to the next higher level of leadership.

You ideally have a master's or graduate degree in the field of business/people management, health economics or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the enrolled job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have multi-year leadership experience, preferably in teams with a mixture of specialists, specialist experts and specialist workers, or have gained experience in managing projects. You are able to effectively bundle the expertise in the team, even without having the deepest expertise in any subject area. You are characterized by a high social competence, pronounced empathy and a clear, addressable communication capability. You bring experience in dealing with change processes and conflict management. You understand motivating, developing and using their different strengths. You work structured, solution-oriented and make decisions on a sound basis.
