Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You are committed to the following tasks:

Own-sponsored execution of electrotechnical projects in existing buildings (medium and low voltage) Project management across all phases of performance – from demand determination and concept development to tendering, procurement, construction monitoring and commissioning Optional: Individual planning of individual performance phases or control of external specialist planners and project controllers Technical assessment and further development of existing electrotechnical systems Creation and implementation of reorganization concepts with special consideration of the conservation of stocks coordination with test experts for recurring tests (in accordance with the test regulation), in particular for rebuilds, pilot measures or new operator requirements Communication with internal and external interfaces (e.g. specialist departments, authorities, experts, planning offices) Use of CAD and calculation tools for planning, documentation and demonstration Examination and coordination of BIM models of external planners (no own modelling) Technical participation in tenders, including through position and quantity determination, plausibility testing and technical clarifications support in the digitization of existing documents (plans, current schedules, Installation documentation

Technically: Graduate of electrical or energy technology or alternatively: state-tested technician / electric master (m/w/d) or comparable qualification or multi-year, relevant professional experience Multiannual practical experience in the handling of electrotechnical projects in the building stock Knowledge of high-voltage technology, in particular in medium-voltage systems and the general low-voltage installation technology Experience in the evaluation and rehabilitation of older electrotechnical infrastructures Confidence with the relevant technical regulations, including: DIN VDE 0100 ff., DIN VDE 0105, DIN VDE 0833 MLAR, LAR and Landesbauordnungen Test Regulation (e.g. TestVO Berlin, or comparable national regulations) ASR, ArbSchG, BetrSichV Knowledge of procurement law (e.g. VOB, VOL, HOAI) Safe handling of CAD systems of electrical planning (e.g. AutoCAD) experience with electrotechnical calculation programs and detection programs; e.g. net and short-circuit calculation (SIMARIS, Caneco or the like) Basic knowledge of BIM-based planning processes (e.g. Revit MEP) or Ready-to-use Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel for cost, mass and time tracking Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C1) Personal: Change competence You're curious and you're actively carrying out your desire to change.
