Hanseatic Group is looking for backup for your subsidiary Guba-Trade GmbH. Guba-Trade GmbH is a dynamic and expanding company. We are dealing with seafood products and mainly supply the German-speaking area. Our products are from various European production sites. Guba-Trade GmbH is certified according to the IFS standard “Broker”. MSC/ASC, Global G.A.P. and BIO certification are also of course for us. Now we need you to get even better together! Although you need to pack yourself up and know all the handles, you are also primarily responsible for a small team and accompany all aspects of setting up and continuous improvement of processes and tools for you and your employees.

Responsibility for Invoice-to-Cash Process for “problematic” processes (procedure, deduction, late payment etc.) clarification of invoice/payment differences and allocation and documentation of differences Request and provision of proof of delivery for disputed deliveries Voting with sales in terms of prices

Creation and dispatch of charge-based invoice corrections towards customers and suppliers

Leadership and development of the complaint team Development of processes and routines Staff Development Resources management

Monitoring and reporting of open positions and recalamations Quantitative stock reporting (responsive ageing) Qualitative stock reporting Forecast of development and resolution of open cases

Control of master data quality Participation in the “4-eye principle” of master data maintenance Tracking of error sources and correction

Complete training in the commercial sector, with professional experience in order processing, complaints High customer and service orientation First management experience and fun to bring a team to success Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge in Excel and good Outlook skills Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented thinking and acting Flexibility and teamability The willingness to learn and grow with the tasks
