You are responsible for the independent examination and approval of healing and cost plans for dental prosthesis (ZE), orthodontics (KFO) and periodontal treatments (PA). You process the associated bills in a case-closing manner and, if necessary, initiate review procedures to ensure the performance of our insured persons. As a specialist contact person, you will assist our insurers as well as dental practices in all questions concerning the performance accounting. You take over the complete documentation and management of the performance cases and thus ensure smooth handling in the team.

You have a completed training as a dental specialist (ZFA) or social security specialist (SoFa) (m/w/d). Ideally, you are already bringing professional experience in billing dental prosthesis (ZE) and/or orthodontic services (KFO). Your work is customer-oriented and you communicate clearly and understandably to advise our insured persons as best possible. As a team player, you are happy to work with your colleagues: both together and are safe to use the current MS Office programs. German language skills (C2) in word and writing are of course for you.
