Projektmanagement - Metalle im Rohbau und Gesamtfahrzeug (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Global material initial design of purchase parts in the field of total vehicle • Test specifications in sampling correspondence (BAG) with suppliers, Vote development and purchasing/quality • Combine results of different tests, interpret and Evaluate the fulfilment of the material requirements for the components • Development and optimization of the material-technical patterning process • cooperation in optimizing the processes of material sampling Standardization of specifications and processes • Working with the digitization of the material-technical sampling processes

Your qualifications: • Complete technical studies in the field of materials and/or Manufacturing technology with a focus on metals or comparable vocational training • Very good knowledge of automotive materials and manufacturing processes, materials testing and appropriate material standards in the field of metallic materials, Semi-finished products (bleach, casting, extrusion profiles, etc.) as well as joining techniques in raw construction (thermal/mechanical joining technique, adhesive) • Additional knowledge in the field of corrosion and plastics in conformation/interior of advantage • Good knowledge of vehicle development and processes of Quality assurance of purchasing parts, special design • Very good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of 3D component data Visualization • German and English skills
