Specialist in Inventory Management and Inventory Coordination (m/f/d)

Stock management: Conception and implementation of a company-wide inventory management system Definition and documentation of standards, processes and guidelines for inventory and maintenance Introduction of appropriate tools and digital solutions for inventory tracking and analysis Continuous monitoring of inventory data for completeness, accuracy and consistency Identification of weaknesses and derivation of measures for process optimization Cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, production and IT to ensure a smooth flow of information

Inventory management: Planning, organisation and implementation of regular and extraordinary inventory Development of an inventory concept incl. Schedule, resource planning and training concept Coordination of the participating departments and employees during the inventory phase Evaluation of inventory results, analysis of deviations and compilation of reports Removal of corrective measures and continuous improvement of inventory processes

Reporting & Analysis: Compilation of regular reports on stock figures (e.g. stock envelope, inventory differences, availability) Presentation of results and recommendations for action on management and relevant stakeholders Audit and internal and external audit support

Completed commercial or logistic training, ideally with further education in the field of supply chain management, logistics or business management Multiannual professional experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management or inventory management Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel Experience in project management and process design Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and structured working Communication strength, enforcement ability and team orientation Self-employed and solution-oriented work ZIP review or no penalties
