As a disponent (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) National & International, you play a responsible role in pharmalogistics. You do not simply organize transports, but help to ensure that medicines and medical products arrive reliably and on time where You are needed. The activity offers a varied and international environment with diverse challenges and design possibilities. Your tasks include: Organisation and disposition of national and international transport with own fleet and qualified subcontractors Organisation and settlement of air freight and sea freight orders Planning, control and monitoring of transports taking into account dates, customer requirements and economic aspects Self-responsible support of transport orders from planning to successful delivery Implementation and coordination of customs clearance and customs duties in import and export Cooperation with national and international customers, partners, service providers and carriers Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and customer requirements, in particular in the field of pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled transports Processing of transport deviations and development of suitable solutions Support in the further development of existing transport solutions as well as in the construction of new relationships and networks Active design and optimization of MRP and transport processes

Complete training in the field of forwarding and logistics, for example as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in transport disposition, ideally in the national and international environment Good knowledge of logistics processes and transport processes knowledge of customs, air cargo or sea freight are advantageous Experience in the field of pharmaceuticals or temperature-controlled transports is desirable Good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge for communication with international customers and partners (further language skills of advantage) Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation High level of responsibility and self-initiative Communication strength as well as safe occurrence in dealing with customers, partners and service providers Teamability combined with an independent working method Embossed customer and service orientation Ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations Joy in shaping processes and taking on new challenges
