Projektmanager (m/w/d) | Operations Coordination

You analyze and evaluate problem situations and coordinate the problem management in IT operation. The consideration of fault situations in IT production is one of your tasks. You implement sustainable measures to improve IT production stability and monitor their implementation. Parents are responsible for monitoring the creation and maintenance of emergency plans to maintain and restore LVM's critical IT systems. The coordination of the introduction and optimization of the IT service monitoring for monitoring the ongoing IT operation is carried out by you in cooperation with the corresponding developer team. The acceptance of IT solutions before the productive take-over takes place as part of a Quality Gate. As an interface between the IT operation and the ITSCM (IT emergency management) you are involved in establishing the operational emergency prevention and management, emergency documentation and testing coordination of operational emergency measures. In close cooperation with relevant IT stakeholders, including operational information security management, user service, core IT operations teams and infrastructure development, you are actively involved.

You have a degree in computer science (diploma, Bachelor or Master) or comparable qualification. You provide sound knowledge of the construction of IT infrastructures. Knowledge in ITIL is advantageous. Detect, analyze and document complex relationships. Your own initiative as well as commitment to new technical and technical challenges are yours. Their strengths include a user-oriented way of thinking as well as empathy in terms of failures in the IT infrastructure with implications for the business. A high level of understanding of IT monitoring and architecture frameworks completes your profile.

Salary: We offer you a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you will receive Christmas and holiday allowances as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: You have the choice of different home office models, depending on the location and arrangement with your manager. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment you get a unique home office tray of 800 € brutto.
