You act as an interface between sales, manufacturing and commercial processing You calculate orders and machines including the materials included and plan production times You create AI-based costing modules, link them to data of ERP software and make our offers faster and more accurate You create calculations for offers, orders, running and as a reflection, recognize the causes for these deviations so that the company can learn from this You maintain the desired working times in the production orders Regularly make the calculation run and fix errors regarding work plans as well as report about complaints You create the work schedules and change them as needed and maintain them in the computer using existing write-downs/plan time tables or your own time recordings or commission them Purchasing is supported by make-or-buy decisions and production planning to choose the cost-effective manufacturing process

Complete further training for technicians, technicians, technicians or (industrial) masters in mechanical engineering or production engineering or a completed, suitable engineering degree (e.g. Multiannual experience in technical calculation or in individual production processes Practical and theoretical knowledge of production processes, calculations and time studies Routine in ERP software (we use SAP R/3) and ideally first practice in AI-based calculation as well as additional qualifications in the field of time recordings (e.g. REFA basics) Impressed motivation, team skills, independent working and talent in dealing with numbers
