Support for the Klinikdirektor in the administrative day-to-day business and project management Planning and organisation of meetings, seats, congresses, events and missions Internal and external correspondence with patients: women, relatives and doctors: Organisation of the private ambulance (including preparation of invoices) Preparation of presentations, evaluations and decision templates

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as secretary (w/m/d) or MFA (w/m/d) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a very good handling of the current MS Office applications Reliability, readiness for learning and performance, conscience and high awareness of responsibility Self-employed, structured working with above-average organisational capacity and time management
