Project management in the technical facility management, from planning and supply creation to acceptance of construction and planning services, as well as final handover, including all professional participants Coordination of all project participants and external service providers coordination of installation measures to be carried out with the internal specialist departments and with the interfaces of participating plants Organisation of reconstruction work in the area of TGA Development of project requirements, collection of cost proposals and preparation up to procurement

Implementation of strategic scheduling and resource planning, monitoring project progress and implementing a professional escalation process in project deviations and introducing effective countermeasures Contract analyses and audit Claim management

Study of the facility management department or a technical focus. Alternatively, you have a technician (f/m/d) or master (f/m/d) in the fields of electrical, sanitary, heating, air conditioning, ventilation or a comparable training with several years of professional experience Comprehensive experience in facility management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Hands-on mentality Structured and organised working methods Quick conception, readiness to use, flexibility and stress resistant Management qualities both with regard to external service providers and the project team Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
