In the Center RD/XI (Innovations & Future Technologies), innovation management creates transparency about innovation content, portfolios and investments, connects the relevant stakeholders and prepares sound decisions for the further development of the global RD innovation portfolio. These challenges come to you, among others: As a working student, you support our team in the operational innovation management and the structured processing of information. You work at the interface between innovation fields, disciplines, project managers and decision-making bodies and gain insights into strategic future topics of research and development. You see the consolidation, structuring and transparent presentation of innovation ideas and projects with

You support the structured care of the central inbox, check and categorize inquiries, prepare feedback and help track open points along the innovation process

You will create templates, text blocks and information materials for ideas and other process participants. In this context, you create a social intranet page as a central point of contact

You update and structure budget overviews, gather information from different sources and support in the transparent presentation of plan, actual and forecast stands using a dashboard

You create and review address-oriented presentations, portfolio overviews and decision documents for management appointments, bodies, events and workshops

You support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of votes, reviews and workshops, including agenda, documents and results documentation

You're puggling status overviews, measures, responsibilities and dates and supporting the further development of work and reporting structures

You independently process smaller research, analysis and structuring tasks and bring your own ideas to improve our working methods

The activity can begin from November 2026. Course in Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics, Innovation Management, Technology Management or a comparable degree course

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing

Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical thinking, rapid understanding and high readiness

Careful, reliable and independent operation and strong organizational capacity

Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different departments and contact persons

Joy in making complex information understandable and visually appealing

Interest in innovation, new technologies and strategic future topics of automotive development
