For this purpose, you can accurately set up target groups, optimally deny marketing and sales and successfully position L&R internationally in the market. And also in the implementation we count on your long-term expertise, with which you set clear priorities, control measures wisely and ensure a successful implementation. Your personal credo? Therefore, coordinate and guide interdisciplinary teams and create motivation for all to deliver best performance and reach the previously defined results playfully. Of course, you also think about the rim of the plate and have a look at the impact of the Commercial Strategy on organization, processes and corporate culture – always with the claim that everything is harmonious. Long-term professional experience in a commercial function, sales, marketing or product management Ideally multi-year professional practice with responsibility for the Commercial Strategy and/or Transformation / Change Management Found experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and in project management German and English in word and writing Inspiring personality with good networking skills and a strong focus on teamwork and cooperation
