We would like to train for our railway infrastructure company, for use on our headquarters in Kaltenkirchen, driving service manager / train manager (m/w/d). The training is ideally planned in III. Quarter 2026 begins.

Your core tasks: You ensure a safe operation of the operation in the control and fault operation on the railway infrastructure of AKN Bahn GmbH in accordance with DB guidelines 408 and 436 You take over the operation and monitoring of our electronic control unit (ESTW from Siemens) at Kaltenkirchen You document the course of the operation as a rule and in the event of a malfunction and are responsible for providing information to the railway undertakings. You must be able to implement short-term dispositions of train traffic with the participation of railway undertakings You perform the tasks of the AKN Railway GmbH accident reporting agency as emergency control center operators You are operators of AKN Bahn GmbH's technical systems and initiate technical fault management measures

Completed training as a railway worker/railer in the service – train control (EiB ZVS) or Driving direction (EiB F) or direction of locomotive and transport (EiB L/T) with the readiness for internal retraining German knowledge of native language or at least level C1 Willingness to shift and change service and work on Sundays and holidays Occupational health and occupational psychology High safety awareness, careful and reliable operation Loadability and a sovereign handling of conflict and exceptional situations Communication strength, contact joy and team skills
