Operating direction of the showroom in Berlin: planning, organization, visual merchandising and ensuring a modern, energy-efficient customer experience Care of product presentation Close cooperation with other business areas (e.g. marketing, public affairs, product management, sales etc.) Professional planning and implementation of events such as trainings, lectures, networking events and association meetings in the showroom: from initial contact to the management of service providers to the supervision of events on site Ensuring first-class guest support, networking opportunities and open communication culture Responsible translation of strategic ista goals in showroom goals Support in control and analysis tasks of KPIs

Complete vocational training or studies, ideally in sales / marketing, energy management, electrical engineering or similar Multiannual professional experience in showroom, retail, event, gastro or sales management, ideally in the energy or real estate industry, with political stakeholders and/or technically oriented industries leadership experience, team skills, communication strength and a very high service orientation Detectional Experience in Event Management, B2B Communication and Stakeholder Moderation Analytical skills, sales orientation and problem-solving competence Secure handling of MS Office and CRM tools; Basic knowledge of energy topics of advantage A daily presence in the store is required as well as readiness to travel or readiness for flexible working hours in coordination with showroom events; Ready for occasional evening or weekend dates is expected flowing language skills in German and English, oral and written
