Specialist Lease Management (m/f/d)

Negotiation professional sought: Together with the external service, You conduct the negotiations for new lease contracts and are central contact persons for landlords, brokers and lawyers in the event of the conclusion or adaptation of lease contracts for commercial objects Individually and legally secure: you design, check, negotiate and create independent commercial space rental contracts and supplements for our branches, warehouse and office spaces – always with a view to legal and economic conditions View of the whole: You analyze contractual clauses both in legal and economic aspects and secure optimal conditions for our company Problem solvers and interface managers: Together with real estate managers and landlords, you will find pragmatic and tailor-made solutions during the lease term – e.g. in the case of conversions, yields (construction costs subsidies, transit times) or the formulation of resolution agreements Success with each other: You are in close exchange and work hand in hand with internal interfaces – including construction, sales, law and insurance Valuable stimulus: You accompany new jurisdictions, support in the event of disagreements with landlords and always have everything in view even in the case of complex contractual arrangements.

Expertise & experience: Your training, your (special) university studies or your specialist with a focus on real estate or (rent) law is your foundation – supplemented with demonstrable experience in the negotiation of commercial rental contracts Overview & Organization: Thanks to your structured and independent way of working, you always keep an overview – especially when several rental contracts and supplements run parallel in the negotiation phase Analytical & economic: You always examine contracts for their economic impact and negotiate with a clear view of the best outcome for our company negotiating strength & communication skills: You convince by your sovereign, binding and legally secure communication – both in direct conversation and in writing Language competence: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; French and/or Italian knowledge is advantageous Hands-on mentality: You act reliably, motivated and responsible, set clear priorities and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
