You are co-responsible for the implementation of CSRD requirements and actively accompany external sustainability reporting according to ESRS – focusing on materiality analysis, IRO identification and the further development of relevant KPIs You design and accompany stakeholder dialogues such as surveys or interviews in the context of dual materiality analysis and conduct strategic fields of action You are responsible for the creation and further development of our Group-wide THG balance (Scope 1–3) and conduct Gap analyses to identify and close missing data sources, especially in Scope 3 . You work with the rollout of our sustainability management software and develop processes for integrated and automated data collection, THG mapping, reporting and management of sustainability programs analyse customer and market requirements in the field of sustainable building in European markets and evaluate building certification systems (e.g. DGNB, BNB, QNG, LEED, BREEAM) with regard to the usability of our product portfolio You support the areas of expertise in the assessment, qualification and further development of products in terms of sustainable requirements and assists in responding to sustainable customer requests You create and maintain sustainability data sheets (NDBs) and develop processes for the integrated and as automated processing of this information in conjunction with existing systems You take responsibility for special projects in the context of sustainability – for example to apply for sustainable funding, to evaluate business cases, to carry out economic analysis or to develop concrete recommendations for action – including project planning, coordination and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

You have a degree in sustainability management, environmental sciences, economic engineering, BWL, general management, economics or in a comparable course of studies with sustainability You have experience in sustainability reporting, in particular with regard to CSRD, ESRS, materiality analyses and/or THG funding (Scope 1–3) Ideally, you have knowledge of sustainable building assessment and certification systems (e.g. DGNB, LEED, BNB, QNG, BREEAM) or are interested in working on these topics. You have a good understanding of economic relationships and can link sustainability aspects with business issues – e.g. B. in the assessment of business cases or cost-effectiveness analyses You work structured, analytic and self-responsibility – and do not lose sight of complex requirements You are strong in communication, team-oriented and move safely in an interdisciplinary environment You bring very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with sustainability software or data management tools is a plus
