As a front office agent (m/w/d), you can make sure that our guests experience unforgettable moments of happiness from the very first moment. With a smile and a high level of service you welcome them, accompany check-in and check-out and are the central contact person for their wishes and concerns throughout the entire stay. Your tasks include the organization of the daily reception process, the acceptance of reservations, the coordination of VIP receptions and the concierge and baggage service. In addition, you work closely with the team, take over the incorporation of new colleagues, maintain the guest cardi, conduct complaint talks, and coordinate our hotel vehicles. With your organizational talent, your hospitality and your attention to detail, you will ensure smooth processes and real comfort moments at the front office.
