What you are moving with us: As part of a structured follow-up plan, you gradually take responsibility for an established task field and actively shape the future of our bank's generation management. Together with experienced colleagues, our private customers advise you on the topics of precautionary, asset sharing and succession planning. Through a structured integration and a narrow knowledge transfer, you will develop step by step to a specialist in the field of generation consulting. You will learn to develop individual and tailor-made solutions that are based on the personal situations of life, goals and wishes of our customers. In addition, our customer advisors support you in the joint market management, deepen your knowledge in cross-selling and continuously expand your network in cooperation with joint and cooperation partners.
