Conception and continuous development of the HR IT system landscape in close cooperation with the HR specialist areas as part of the introduction of SuccessFactors Analysis and recording of technical requirements and coordination of IT and process requirements from HR departments as a central interface between HR and IT Responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of HR/IT projects across all phases, from conception to implementation to production and transfer to operation Management of tenders and awards of IT development services and coordination and management of external IT service providers Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as development of operating concepts in the context of system implementation and transfer to the departments Coordination, monitoring and further development of the interfaces between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
