You make sure your customers are satisfied and feel well looked after all. You create individual offers and keep in mind the numbers with matching calculations. You build sustainable customer relationships and negotiate terms. For questions, problems or escalations, you are the first point of contact. You connect customers and internal teams such as production, quality, purchasing and logistics. You control your accounts using relevant KPIs such as sales and margin. You bring customer ideas, develop new projects and accompany them until implementation. You support the sales management in operational and administrative daily business.

You have an economic study or completed training as an industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman. You bring several years of experience in sales or in a comparable position. Your own initiative and negotiation skills are among your strengths. You communicate sovereignly, are customer-oriented and convince in appearance. You prepare presentations professionally and perform them safely. You work independently, structured and like to work in the team. You have very good knowledge of German and English. MS Office is of course for you. You want to learn and develop yourself continuously.
