Working Student Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Organisation and coordination of interviews and leading initial talks Creation and maintenance of job invitations in the applicant management system Follow-up with candidates and close coordination with Hiring Managers Support in the entire candidate management, including acceleration of decision-making processes Working with the planning and implementation of career fairs Independent organization of individual trade fair formats as well as participation and follow-up with trade fair contacts Support for Employer Branding projects General organisational activities in the HR everyday

enrolled in a study of economic psychology, BWL/focus on personnel or a comparable study programme Great motivation for entering the HR area and the desire to further develop Structured, proactive mode of operation and joy in exchange with people, especially in an international working environment Ready for occasional travel (e.g. for career fairs) Flowing German and English knowledge (Spanish of advantage)
