Make your next career step at The Stepstone Group and take the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Stepstones commercial B2B and B2C products, platforms and features. Your focus is on the strategic positioning of the products to strengthen their market presence and ensure their success sustainably. You work closely with brand marketing and product development teams, define product names and develop convincing messaging concepts. You work in the sales marketing department and create the interface between product, marketing, sales and service. You can move on both the strategic and operational level: you’ll create product pitches, discussion guides and materials for the application treatment for sales and service teams. As a product expert*in, you are guided by targeted training to ensure that our customer-oriented teams successfully market the products. You can also coordinate with executives up to C levels and contribute directly to sales growth and business success. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future. Your tasks: You develop and care for a clear, convincing product positioning for Stepstones B2B and B2C products and start targeted marketing plans for communication across all sales and marketing channels. You conduct a cross-functional project team and coordinate product, sales, service and marketing to ensure consistent Go-to-Market communication – with direct coordination to C level. You create and optimierst sales marketing materials, including product pitches, conversation guides, wall treatment strategies and training content for sales and service teams. Together with your team, you define the appropriate marketing channels for product communication and implement them strategically as part of your overall planning. • Analyze the impact of your product marketing initiatives and continuously optimize them based on the knowledge gained.

That's what you bring: Multiannual experience in product marketing, B2B marketing or product management – ideally in a commercial, sales-oriented environment. Complete studies in business management with marketing focus or a comparable qualification. Embossed technical understanding combined with excellent communication and storytelling skills to develop convincing narratives and to convey complex topics in a comprehensible way. Sovereign dealing with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels – you pave the way for informed decisions and inspire others for your topics. Hands-on mentality, organizational talent and first project management experience, with a structured and solution-oriented working style. Very good MS Office knowledge as well as fluent German and English in word and writing.
