First Worker Warehouse Clerk, (m/f/d)

You will coordinate the operational processes and personnel in the farm transport, caddy team, distribution team and central commissioning. You take the professional leadership of the processes in the shipyard shipment, upon check, packaging and loading. You participate in the day-to-day business, give clear instructions and ensure that priorities are implemented. You run short shop-floor rounds every day to check processes and identify immediate improvements. You work in new employees, motivate the team and pay attention to compliance with all processes, operating instructions and quality standards. You monitor the timely processing and report operational disorders and problems for quick clarification. You work closely with internal departments and agree with interfaces. You actively contribute to these areas and support improvement projects.

You have a completed training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification. You have been able to gain professional experience in the field of logistics for several years and have experience in coordinating small teams or a foreman role. You are safe in handling industrial trucks, trucks, route trains and trailers. You are versed in the application of warehouse management systems such as SAP EMW. A team-oriented, safe occurrence and enforcement capability are your strengths. A sense of responsibility, resilience and a solution-oriented, structured way of working characterise you. A good communication capability as well as self-initiative and willingness to cooperate with the company complete your profile.
