Varied tasks in a team in which you will quickly take on a key role in managing our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) related projects.

Analyzing the business cases of Battery Energy Storage Systems (focusing on hybridized, collocated systems) with deep views into the dynamics of the electricity markets across Europe Managing our BESS related project partners regarding development timelines, milestones, and project budgets from early stage to ready-to-build stage Developing a strong understanding of the associated PV and Wind businesses Identifying new business and development opportunities and supporting commercial negotiations regarding development services with prospective partners Coordinating development and investment progress internally across departments

With a degree in Finance or Engineering, you bring a strong foundation in analytical and technical disciplines You have accumulated over three years of hands-on experience in the renewable energy storage sector, especially in project development, construction, or electricity trading Your ability to navigate diverse cultural settings strongly intercultural competence Fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively in international environments Known for your initiative, you thrive in fast-paced settings and approach challenges with a proactive mindset You are open to business travel and flexible in adapting to different work locations As a collaborative team member, you contribute positively and help foster a constructive work atmosphere
