Your duties

The area of heating and auxiliary cost accounting, also known as submetering, is a dynamic and growing segment in the field of energy services. We rely on modern technologies that not only provide greater transparency, but also contribute to sustainability and efficiency in energy use. • They convert the building technology into our accounting software and are responsible for the analysis and evaluation of radio measurements
• You maintain heating and operating costs and create the corresponding heating and auxiliary cost accounting
• You check the billing data for plausibility and ensure the accuracy of the accounts
• You determine the cost of rental and billing costs and contribute to the maintenance of statistics
• You process complaints and communicate in writing with our customers
• You create service bills and monitor the payment transactions, including the reminder
• You create offers and work actively to optimize work processes

Who we are looking

• You have completed commercial training and ideally experience in the energy industry
• They bring good knowledge to SAP IS-U, especially in the areas of Faktura and receivable management
• They are safe in handling MS Office and are characterized by a reliable and precise operation
• They have good communication skills, are a real team member and show great commitment
