They shall ensure compliance with all safety-relevant laws, instructions and directives relating to occupational safety, the environment and health. They build a department of shipbuilding underwater and take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department. The responsibility for compliance with the quality requirements and the key dates is your area of responsibility. You are responsible for project and cost center budgets including Investment, maintenance and overhead costs. You will also be responsible for the selection, assessment and development of executives. They plan resources with regard to staff and resources. They continuously improve the operation on the basis of a modern production system.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of shipbuilding, ship machine construction or industrial engineering. You have successfully completed a training as a welding specialist, as well as corresponding experience in the exercise. They have several years of experience in the maritime production field as well as in the mentioned functional area. They have leadership and motivation and enforcement skills. Joy in working in the team, a structured and sustainable approach, as well as commercial thinking and acting are the key features. A high degree of flexibility, independence and willingness to take responsibility are of course for you. They convince your environment through a sovereign appearance and have good expressiveness in oral and written form.
