Maintenance and further development of the quality system Ensuring the implementation and compliance of AM trading V and EU GDP guidelines at the site Implementation of QA evaluations as part of logistics and quality deviations Support to customers in the decision on the viability of newly delivered, returned, rejected and retrieved medicinal products or medicinal products where there is suspicion of counterfeiting Processing of customer complaints and drug complaints Training, change control, risk, deviation and CAPA management QMS Document Management Implementation of internal and external audits Creation and management of quality-relevant documents and contracts Validation and qualification of equipment and systems Coordination and implementation of pharmaceutical recall actions in cooperation with customers Qualification, approval and control of all outsourced activities that have an impact on good sales practice Close internal communication with the areas of operations, IT, EHS, Business Development and externally with customers and authorities in the context of GDP-relevant questions and problems

University/FH/Master's degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or a scientific or technical education, ideally focusing on quality management or quality assurance Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and guidelines (AMG, TAMG, EU GDP) Experience and knowledge in the fields of GDP and, where appropriate, GMP Experience and knowledge in the field of quality assurance and management Experience in performing internal/external audits and inspections of advantage Experience with logistics processes desirable Embossed communication strength, reliability, team capability Solution-oriented work and structured working A high degree of flexibility and good self-motivation Hands-on mentality and strategic thinking German and English language skills in word and writing
