Multiannual experience in a leading position in extraclinical intensive care (care service management, intensive care department management, management, care management, managing director) Understanding extraclinical intensive care and the relevant legal framework (SGB V / SGB XI) Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic strength and pronounced hands-on mentality Experience in building or scaling organizations / locations / teams High leadership and communication skills as well as decision-making Economic understanding and safe handling of key figures Identification with our values: quality, reliability, humanity
