Your duties • Planning, organisation and execution of trade fairs, customer events and internal events • Development and implementation of social media and content marketing strategies • Ensuring a uniform brand presence and further development of corporate identity • Conception and implementation of employer branding measures to support recruiting • Cooperation with sales and product management for targeted market address • Control and coordination of external service providers, agencies and media partners • Support in budget planning and success control based on relevant KPIs

Your profile • Complete studies or training in the field of marketing, communication, business or comparable qualifications • At least two years of relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or technical environment • Experience in the planning and implementation of marketing measures, especially events and social media • Very good knowledge of social media, online marketing and content creation • Safe handling of graphics and content management tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress) • Structured, analytical and independent working methods • Very good knowledge of German and English
