You identify new customer potentials across all available channels and convince decision-makers:inside our performance portfolio. With your expertise, you will advise companies on flexible and tailor-made personal solutions. Your tasks include contract negotiations, the creation of quotations and activities in project management. You build sustainable relationships and develop existing customers - through cross- and upselling as well as continuous support. In close coordination with internal interfaces such as recruiting, administration and HR, you will ensure smooth operations. In addition, you’re testing trends and analysing market movements to strategically sharpen your sales approach.

A completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a personnel service provider, or a successfully completed study in the field of business management, forms your technical basis. You have already been able to gain first experience in personnel consulting or personnel service. You feel at home in sales and have a good sense of identifying customer needs and developing successful business relationships. Your profile is rounded off by an entrepreneurial way of thinking, communication strength and team skills.
