Your profile

✓ A completed vocational training or a completed study, preferably from the social field (social education, social work) ✓ At least two years of professional experience in the care of longterm unemployed people ✓ Career experience in accompanying people in the labour market context is desirable ✓ Embossed team and communication skills ✓ Self-employed and flexible work ✓ Experience in SGB 2 ✓ Joy in working with different people and characters ✓ Safe handling of MS Office applications ✓ Other language skills (Bsp. English, Ukrainian, Arabic) would be of advantage ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
