Your tasks:

For our Category Management Raw Materials (purchasing/sales) department in our branch in Ladenburg (between Mannheim and Heidelberg), we are looking for you to complement our dynamic and dedicated team. For the delivery of our regional cooperatives, we obtain our entire BIO range, cuverture and potato products in the department.

After individual involvement with the team, you perform the following tasks:

• Disposition of customer orders (25 regional cooperatives)
• Customer and supplier talks
• Creation of offers
• Collection and processing of orders, orders and requests
• price and master data maintenance
• Retour and complaint management
• Creation of evaluations and statistics
• support of the department management in the preparation and documentation of supplier talks and in the context of project work, such as trade fairs and tenders; Processing of route accounting and clarification of price and quantity differences

Your profile:

You want to support us in the supply of the bakery crafts (bakeries & pastry shops). You can inspire yourself for the products and want to pursue our daily goal together with us: the best quality at the best price.

Ideally you bring:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Self-employed, independent and structured work
• Team skills
• Very good communication and organizational capability
• Experience in working with an ERP system
• Secure handling of MS Office products
• knowledge of bakery/confectionery desirable
• English knowledge of word and writing desirable
