In this role, you take responsibility for strategic process and organization tasks, advise specialist areas and manage projects that contribute directly to the implementation of the corporate goals. What you expect: Process management and standardization: Ensure that processes are implemented efficiently and effectively, support the continuous improvement process and documentation of order in the field of activity Building organization: Implementation of legal and supervisory requirements. Consultation, coordination and implementation of structural changes and maintenance of the plan Professional Responsibility and OSPlus Components: Supporting the Components incl. independent decisions to replace individual applications by standards and responsibility for cross-group OSPlus topics Project management as well as innovation development: Own-sponsored implementation of (partial) projects, comprehensive consulting of the specialist areas for the development of innovative solutions, optimization of processes, IT solutions and products as well as strategic further development of the field of activity Support, data and quality management: application of problem-solving procedures (especially in case of malfunctions), second level support, implementation of data and quality management and application of SITB concepts Training, bodies and representation: planning and implementation of internal training and information events as well as representation and representation of SSKD in internal and external bodies. Experiences: Multiannual experience in process management, organization or IT project management, preferably in a bank-specific environment Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP or OSPlus)
