Specialist Quality Inspection Nursing & ICP (m/f/d)

You implement quality assurance for all contractually based services in contract and negotiation management – Care. These include the areas of care according to SGB XI, domestic nursing, hospice and palliative care as well as extraclinical intensive care. You are responsible for the evaluation and processing of the quality audit reports of the audit bodies. From this, you derive quality assurance measures and create determination and/or action decisions. You shall conduct the hearings in the context of quality assurance for regional service providers in the abovementioned areas. You develop, implement and coordinate the processes in quality assurance. You contribute to the identification and provision of necessary data for carrying out the reporting of quality assurance in the above-mentioned topics.

You have a successfully completed degree course to/from AOK business owner/in, a successfully completed university degree or have a comparable qualification, or you have a completed training for nursing professional or nursing professional with additional qualification. You have several years of professional experience in healthcare – ideally in the field of care, contract or quality management. You ideally have knowledge in the areas of care according to SGB XI, domestic nursing, hospice and palliative care as well as extraclinical intensive care. You can also understand the legal principles (SGB V, SGB XI) and the processes of quality assurance. You are responsible and are happy to work in the team. You possess a natural and sympathetic enforcing capability. You like to take responsibility, are resilient, work connected, independent and self-organized.
